Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, 2.5 meters (8 feet) deep. It is an infinity pool. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a splendid view of the surrounding countryside and of Picentini Mountains. You will share the pool with other guests staying at the complex, as well as with non-resident guests. It is open from the beginning of May until mid-October.
Terrace
The terrace is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the swimming pool area climbing six steps. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. The terrace is equipped with sofas, as well as with tables and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside. You will share the terrace with other guests staying at the complex, as well as with non-resident guests.
Garden
The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees and by hazelnut trees. From the garden you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the greenery and of Picentini Mountains. You will share the garden with other guests staying at the complex, as well as with non-resident guests.
Fitness Room
At Casa Nocciola you will find a fitness room equipped with an exercise bike, a cross trainer, a treadmill, a home gym and a fitness bench. The fitness room is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the garden.
Wellness room with bathroom
You will be able to enter the wellness room from the garden. In the wellness room you will find a sauna, a Turkish bath and a chromoterapy shower. Here you will also find a heated Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage (2 by 2 meters, 6.5 by 6.5 feet). The Jacuzzi pool is open from 10 am to 8 pm. This room has a bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will share the wellness room with other guests staying at the complex, as well as with non-resident guests. Please note that use of the wellness facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.
Patio
The patio is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a fascinating view of the surrounding countryside and of the hills.
Bottom FloorLiving Room
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable , and include some hand-made pieces by local artisans. The furnishings include a wood sofa , two armchairs and a divan bed for one guest. There is a big fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the small balcony with a view of the garden and of surrounding countryside through a French door.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has a window with a view of the garden.
Top FloorBedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The floor is paved with original handmade majolica tiles. The ceiling is sloped and has an height of 3.00 meters (9.9 feet) at its highest point and of 1.50 meters (5 feet) at its lowest point. The room has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). The room has a large panoramic window with a view of the garden and of the surrounding green fields. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The floor is paved with original handmade majolica tiles. The ceiling is sloped and has an height of 3.00 meters (9.9 feet) at its highest point and of 1.50 meters (5 feet) at its lowest point. The room has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). An additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a triple room.
