Positive: very nice one bedroom apartment comfortable beds, especially the IKEA couch is better than I expected fixed wifi connection 100/15 mbit pleasant, decently equipped kitchen suitable (a few small things could be added - mainly I missed knives) completely barrier-free access very clean near the city center

Negative: BEWARE of the garage, it is nice to have parking right under the house, but the entrance is very steep and turns sharply to the right, I definitely do not recommend it for a car over 4.5m. With my rear wheel drive station wagon, which is nearly 5m long, I had quite a problem getting in and out the balcony is more for drying clothes, it is oriented towards the courtyard with parking spaces
