Positive: Great location- bus to Venice in 2 minutes walk, spacious & clean apartment with 2 bathrooms, easy check-in and checkout.

Negative: Cold apartment at the end of October/beginning of November, feels cold all the time because of the tiling and lack of proper heating. Too minimal kitchenware, not really suitable for 5, no plate in the microwave oven.
