Casa Almendros con una preciosa piscina privada que puede ser cubierta o abierta parcialmente , situado en alojamiento rural Villa las Talas, estamos ubicados en la falda de la sierra de Pozo Alcón al sur del parque natural de Cazorla .Una preciosa casa de nueva construcción con piscina privada , todo de primeras calidades , con unas vistas impresionantes de la sierra a través de sus grandes ventanales .Piscina y jardín privados , barbacoa y merendero en una gran terraza de 100 m2 con acceso directo al jardín y la piscina .

Las habitaciones de casa Almendros son 3 dormitorios con cama de 1.50 cada uno y en dos de ellos hay 2 camas más en literas de 90 , en el tercer dormitorio baño interior, los dormitorios son muy amplios al igual que toda la casa , 2 baños completos mas , cocina comedor totalmente equipada con capacidad para 20 personas . Un gran salón con varios sofás , sillones , chimenea cerrada , bombas de calor y frío en dormitorios , sofá cama en el salón. La orientación y la construcción en 200 metros cuadrados de vivienda habitables en primeras calidades hace de esta casa una opción perfecta para las escapadas o vacaciones con la mayor privacidad y vistas de la sierra, sin olvidar su piscina que se puede usar desde abril a noviembre con buen tiempo ya que gracias a su cubierta no se pasa frío en meses menos cálidos .
