Summary: Staff at check-in not particularly helpful or friendly, nor interested in providing additional information as I looked for my room. Additional signage would be helpful for rooms in the cottage as I had difficulty finding my room (I was told it was the Rachel Suite, but the room was indicated as "317" as was the key fob. Didn't care for the food; heavy on the fats (bacon, sausage, whipped cream) and not healthy. More fruit would be beneficial as would be a new recipe for the scones (they're not at all appealing). Room was very clean but they should consider "bulk" shampoo/conditioner/body wash instead of providing small/individual use bottles.
