Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Close to walk into Leadville for dinner and to mountains for hiking. Enough space for us to feel comfortable. Good WiFi and large TV.
Negative: Overall the place is a bit run down (broken fence, back deck trip hazzard, worn out table and broken chair in kitchen, disorganized kitchen and storage closet - crammed sheets and stuff all over, cabinets not clean, smelly dirty bathroom rug, slamming back screen door with gaps allowing bees inside twice, lightbulbs out, blow dryer didn't work, etc.). Twin beds missing top sheets. Not clean enough...dust on baseboards and floors sticky. Windows need cleaning. Paid too much for what we got compared to other properties we have stayed at.
Summary: Convenient location to restaurants and hiking but needs some TLC; overpriced.
