Positive: The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor area was very tranquil. Taking the paddle boards out on the pond. The neighborhood is very quiet.
Negative: The refrigerator was broken upon arrival, and a mini fridge had been placed in the home as a placeholder. No communication regarding the change to the appliances available prior to arrival. It took 3 days for Vacasa to get someone out to look at it; not fix it. It is now 16 days since the problem was reported; two weeks since the local property management team came out to access the problem, and 11 days since I checked out from the home. Vacasa continues to say that they are waiting for an update from the local property management team. Hope you don’t have an issue if you stay with this company because their customer relations are polite but dismissive, asking you to have patience long after a grace period.
Summary: If I could book this home again knowing that the refrigerator was working and not through Vacasa I would in a heartbeat.
