This great little turn of the century bungalow has it all. This home has recently been renovated to have all the upgraded amenities while still preserving that classic historical feel.
The home has two bedrooms , one bath and a great well stocked kitchen to prepare meals in. Gas grill is available on the back patio if one feels the urge to cook outside. Please bring your own charcoal for grilling. Please clean up after your pet.

The General Store is also only a short walk away providing you with all great conveniences.
This home is close to some of the best fishing in the state of Colorado. Choose from the glacial lakes or the Arkansas river. Colorado trail is only a short distance away. Weather you like to run, hike, ski, mountain bike, white water raft, four-wheeling, or fishing this place is a mecca for the outdoor enthusiasts!
