Positive: Great location, lots of room, although the downstairs bedroom could only be accessed via external stairs and it was quite dark outside.
Negative: Could not use the (very old) washing machine as the plastic door latch was broken. Tried corresponding about this and initially got AI responses and was then told the latch was broken but should work by doing X, Y and Z. Decided against using it as it was not simple and we did not want to risk further damage to the machine. This was inconvenient as we had an infant staying with us.
