Our breathtaking 4 Bedroom space has a two-storied layout with the first floor featuring a gourmet kitchen outfitted with a breakfast bar and all the finest appliances, a stylish dining area seating ten and a gorgeous lounge area with a TV.
There are 2 Primary Suites. The 1st is on the ground level with a king bed and a TV. A 2nd bedroom with 2 queen beds and a TV is at the other end of the ground floor. The 2nd story features a 2nd Primary Suite with a king bed and a TV. The 4th bedroom is located on the 2nd level with 2 queen beds and a TV at the opposite end of the Primary. All 4 bedrooms have their private en suite with personal closets, shower and Jacuzzi tubs. There is a 5th bathroom on the main level for your guests. There is a terrace off of every bedroom with lounge chairs to have your morning coffee. There are also 2 expansive terraces with a massive private heated pool just for you and your guests.
Your luxury stay includes access to all pools, world class gyms, golf, spa, pickleball and tennis courts. The golf and spa are additional costs, but there are discounts available. You will be assigned your own private golf cart to go to any of the of the 26 different restaurants on site. This unit accommodates 12 adults and 2 children under 12 years of age.
These units have gourmet kitchens with granite counter tops, a refrigerator, microwave, etc. Morning coffee and tea are complimentary. Each unit has an outdoor deck with chairs and a large plunge pool.
Tennis & Pickleball Courts - The use of the courts are free of charge, but there is a charge for nighttime illumination, rental or purchase of equipment, food and beverages, or any other expenses associated with the use of the tennis courts.
Butler Service - A butler is assigned to assist your every need. They will be your personal concierge and book any activity or reservation on or off property. They will also take care of stocking your refrigerator and help you arrange for a personal chef if you desire.
Preferred Spa Services - Rest, Relax and Rejuvenate. Take advantage of the many massage and body treatments offered at the BRIO Spa & Fitness Center.

Property is close to Wal-Mart and Costco for shopping, in addition to a shopping center on site. Laundry and dry cleaning services, ATM and money exchange is available. The property provides cleaning service daily, purified drinking water and pool concierge service until 6 PM at the Estates Pools.
