We would like to welcome you to our holiday flat on the south-eastern outskirts of Berlin!
The flat has a size of 70 m² and is located on the upper floor of our two-family house.
Thanks to the two bedrooms, the flat is ideal for 4 people. It also has a large, light-flooded living and dining room, a south-facing balcony and a fully equipped fitted kitchen. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub as well as a window. There is a car park in front of the front door and smoking is permitted on the balcony. However, pets are not allowed.
The rental price includes
- Bed linen - the beds are already made
- Towels (1 x large, 1 x small),
- Kitchen towels, dishcloths and sponge, tabs and washing-up liquid
- WLAN, electricity, water, heating
The tenant is required to pay a deposit of EUR 200 in cash on arrival. This will be refunded by bank transfer shortly after departure.
Despite the quiet location, there is a connection to public transport, so there is nothing to stop you visiting the capital. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Ostkreuz, which is connected to the Ringbahn.
