Positive: Very clean, well stock kitchen.

Negative: The sofa on the main level needs replacing, it droops downwards sliding the people off. We all six complained about the sofa. Bed on bottom level is uncomfortable, could use a nice mattress topper. Recommend purchasing an electric tea kettle. Six of us were using the stove kettle at once and two of us burned our hands trying to refill the kettle while it was still hot.
