* We provide a complimentary starter pack of paper towel, toilet paper, dish & laundry detergent, dish soap, bar soap, trash bags & dish sponge.
* Boat trailers must not encroach on the right of way and, if needed, should be parked at the Key Colony Beach trailer lot. The cost is $100 per week.

*Seasonal Seaweed Notice: Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year.
