Positive: Room was clean with solid beds, decent breakfast and dinner options, free parking nearby,
Negative: We didn't sleep at all the first night. They gave us a room with a non-working A/C. We asked the reception if they could fix it, and they said a technician would handle it. Well, he didn't handle anything - he just gave us a mobile A/C unit. The problem is that this mobile A/C is VERY loud, and you have to keep your window open the whole night. We went immediately to the reception and asked for a room change. The receptionist said all rooms were booked and there was nothing they could do right now, but they would give us another room the next day. So we tried to sleep, but guess what? There is a bar right across the street called La Cla playing loud music until 2 am, and you couldn't close the window because of that stupid mobile A/C. That was probably one of the worst hotel nights I've ever had. The next morning, we packed all our things, went to the reception, gave them the key cards, and they finally changed our room to a normal one with working A/C. What do I see as the main problem here? They obviously know about the hotel A/C problem. There is a bunch of mobile A/C units right next to the reception desk, so it's not like our room was the only one. Fix your hotel A/C system and stop renting out these rooms until you do!!!
