Positive: The location is beautiful, the Le Dalblair property new which was where we stayed, since there was no room left in the Blue Nest and they changed our reservation, calling it an upgrade, for the same price, which is not true at all.
Negative: The comunication with the property was not good, they skipped one cleaning day, had no facilities like showers or place to leave the luggage in case of non availability of late check out. The person in charge was really nice and gave us the possibility of having a shower in another apartement in the late afternoon, since we had the flight later in the evening, but it was her beeing really nice, while the organisation missed this kind of service. No offers for activities like tours or massage or anything, not even written somewhefe in the apartement. In front of the property there is a lovely beach but no facilities at all. We booked Blue nest, which would have been better, but got this Le Dalblair for the same price, which is too high for the place. Le Deblair in fact costs less, but they called it an upgrade and gave us a much worse place. This really annoyed us, also because they called that an upgrade, which is simply not true at all. The swimming pool needed maintenance during our stay so it was not available, but nothing has been offered to compensate the fact, even if there were other properties of Horizon nearby. The property was not finished, there were workers around. Isolation not so good, one can hear the neightbours.
Summary: The Le Dablair misses some facilities that Blue Nest has, it is definitely less value.
