Positive: Modern living with all appliances and equipment you would need to self cater. Comfy beds. Super hot tub. Gates area for dog (on our terrace) Field for dog to.run around on. Our cottage was at the rear side so was quite private to our neighbours. Water temp and pressure was fab
Negative: Everything was pretty good didn't really have anything we didn't like. In a rural area you expect flies etc but perhaps invest in Fly zapper.... not essential!
