Positive: The house is very authentic and charming. The fact you can see the wheel of the watermill through the glass floor is AMAZING. All the details around the watermill and old tools make it very authentic. We love that part of the electricity of the house comes from the mill, making it very sustainable. Loved the possibility of a late check-out which allow us to really enjoy our last day to the very last minute.
Negative: The descriptions says 5 bedrooms and is NOT true. It has 4 bedrooms, one of them which has 4 beds, 2 in a type of attic/mezzanine only accessible through very steep ladder. NOT for kids or people with reduced mobility. Dangerous to do it in the dark. We booked that specific house because we needed 5 separate bedrooms so no couple needed to share, and that is NOT what we got. You only are aware of this, after you have paid (and be aware money is not reimbursed) when they send you your staying ticket.
Summary: Charming and authentic old Watermill BUT does not have 5 bedrooms as advertised
