The house has 3 bedrooms, two on the first level with balcony and one on ground level . All bedrooms have air conditioner.

Back street of the House lives the caretaker John and his family, they are very nice people and can help you in whatever you need, also can hire you to clean house if you so wish.
Near the House is a reserve of flamingos and the ruins of Xcambo. Progreso, Chicxulub and Telchac are just 15 km from the House, they can also find supermarkets, churches, laundries and restaurants.
The State capital Merida is a beautiful colonial city, is located 40 minutes from the House. In it there are theatres, museums and a marvelous Symphony that all weekends have concerts. Delicious restaurants and all the services of a big city.

Summary: The home is exactly as described, extremely clean and comfortable, everything worked well. The owner is very helpful; she made sure that we were satisfied. She provided us with enough drinkable water for our stay, coffee, all the towels and linen we needed. I would rent from her again. Open the back doors and you’re right on the ocean; in the upstairs bedrooms we were sleeping with the blinds open because that view is just amazing, and that’s why we rented here.
