A large 5 x 10 m. swimming pool open from mid april to October depending on the weather, heated with a heat pump and benefiting from salt filtration (requiring no chemicals), secured by fall alarm and enjoying a pleasant open beach with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills.
The villa comprises a large living room bathed in light, facing south with an insert fireplace and opening onto a vast covered terrace in absolute calm with a breathtaking view of the valley and the hills. A semi-open kitchen equipped with an intimate west-facing terrace ideal for gourmet breakfasts.
The villa benefits from 4 comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, three toilets, and, in the garden, one cabin:
