MY MODEST HOME IS LOCATED IN A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD AND SITS ON A HILLSIDE THAT OFFERS BREATHTAKING SUNSTS. WE ARE A SHORT FIVE MINUTE DRIVE TO THE OCEANSIDE PEIR, TEN MINUTES TO MIRACOSTA COLLEGE, TWO MINUTE WALK TO A BEAUTIFUL PARK AND CLOSE TO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION THAT WILL TAKE YOU ALL THE WAY TO OLD TOWN, UCSM, PALOMAR, SEAPORT VILLAGE AND MORE!
