Welcome to our cottage! This classic lakefront cottage sits on the East side of Waneta Lake just minutes to the Seneca Lake or Keuka Lake Wine Trail. This home is pet friendly and offers a fire pit, kayak, private dock and a gently sloped yard. Just a mile from the new Inn at Waneta, it would be perfect for your family stay should you be coming to town for a wedding or other event.SPACEThe cottage is the perfect lake house for your family vacation. There is parking for 3 average size cars. Walk down the stairs to the home and enter into a large open kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom is located on the left and offers a queen size bed. Just beyond that is the second bedroom also offering queen size accommodations. The kitchen offers a large stainless steel fridge/freezer along with a stove and sink. Wander past the kitchen through the living area to a large sliding glass door. The top deck is absolutely the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite Finger Lakes Wine. Back inside there is a spiral staircase that leads to the loft where we offer a full bed and a twin trundle. Across the loft there is another sofa to relax on. There is a gradual slope down to the lakefront to enjoy the dock, kayak or fire-pit.Come enjoy lake life at this cottage!Note: Smoking is not allowed in any rental property.Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in description.Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels.
