The space features a plush king bed, air conditioning, a porta cot, wardrobe, and a modern ensuite with shower, vanity, and toilet, with bi-fold doors to your own private outdoor area. Unwind on the sofa while watching your favourite shows on the wall-mounted smart TV.
The open-plan living area includes a dining table for two and a compact yet well-equipped kitchen with fridge, portable electric hot plate, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, and even a front-loader washing machine for convenience. Outside, relax in your private courtyard furnished with a chaise lounge and outdoor fireplace, the perfect spot to enjoy coastal evenings.
Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the bungalow at the front of the property. Please note that the main house located behind the bungalow is not available for guest use. Parking in the driveway is not permitted, please utilise street parking only. Please note the home next door is under construction.

The beach is just a 2-minute stroll away (150m), and the bungalow sits only a few hundred metres from scenic coastal walking tracks, playgrounds, and local coffee spots. Moffat Beach and its lively main street, filled with cafes, restaurants, and a large playground, is less than 1km away (about 12 minutes on foot). Kings Beach, a patrolled beach with a surf club, oceanfront pool, cafes, and another playground, is only 1.3km from your door.
