Holiday home located in Sardinia, west coast, in Putzu Idu in the municipality of San Vero Milis, prov. Oristano and is located on the beach on the 1st floor. It consists of a double bedroom
with a separate third single bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and not convertible to double, a bathroom with shower, living room-kitchen. All for a total of mq. 78 approx. of internal surface. The terrace, 35 square meters, is covered by a roof for about half of it and has a wonderful view with the horizon of the island of Mal di Ventre.
The house is not more than 25 meters from the sea and there are no roads to cross to access the beach, so it is particularly suitable for couples with small children, which can be safely controlled even from the terrace while playing at the beach.
On the terrace there is a barbecue, an outdoor shower and a water intake to wash off the sand before entering the house.
The domestic appliances are: boiler, steam iron with its axis, satellite TV, hi-fi, 3 air conditioners (hot-cold), washing machine, dishwasher, 6-burner stove 90 cm Vacuum, multifunction electronic oven, fridge - 320 lt. freezer, vacuum cleaner, etc. The total beds are 5 + 1 (sofa bed). The kitchen is
provided with everything. Blankets present. The rates shown include water, gas and final cleaning.
Extra:
a) from 01 November to 15 April, the electric energy is counted separately (due to heat pumps) at a cost of € 0.32 / kwh.
b) the supply of sheets and + 3 towels is never included and can be requested at least a week in advance, this is an external service and must be ordered on time. It costs € 20.00 per person.
The apartment should however be left in order, ie, tables, beds,
chairs, sofa, etc must be stored where they were found. Check-in is possible from 17.00 - 18.00. Check-out by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
