family or friends, then this lovely 4-bedroom villa - only a short walk
from the picturesque beach - is for you. Comfortably sleeping up to 8
people with plenty of space and amenities that include a private pool,
and braai area, you are well on your way to enjoying an unforgettable
holiday by the sea.
The home is built over two levels in a peaceful neighbourhood and has
the lounge, dining area and kitchen situated upstairs, with the
bedrooms spread over both floors. The kitchen and scullery are separate
from the open plan dining area and lounge. The lounge leads to an
outside dining area on the balcony with amazing views of the Atlantic
Ocean and Table Mountain. The main dining area leads to a sunroom with
casual seating, with an additional dining area available with seating
for 8 around a glass table.
The sunroom leads out to the backyard that boasts a large garden and an
additional separate entertainment area. The main bedroom has a
queen-size bed, walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and
shower. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, the third with
two single beds - both have en-suite bathrooms. The final bedroom is
near the entrance of the property and has a queen-size bed as well.
There are 4 bathrooms, 3 of which are en-suite with the fourth a shared
bathroom situated between two of the bedrooms.
Apart from what you can enjoy in this beautiful villa, Bloubergstrand
offers a wealth of attractions. From numerous restaurants and cafés to
bars and shopping malls, you will never be bored. One of the area's
star attractions is the beach and a popular spot for kiteboarders and
surfers. Bloubergstrand is a convenient drive from Cape Town's City
Centre and is on the route to the magnificent West Coast, with its
national park and various charming coastal towns.
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
