Beautiful bayfront 5 bedroom home located in the desirable Ballast Point neighborhood. The house is nestled in a private gated waterfront half acre lot surrounded by beautiful oaks and old Florida foliage. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of the home while the conveniency of being within 10 minutes from Hyde Park and 15 from Downtown Tampa. Truly one of it's kind!
This home is two stories with beautiful comfortable interiors. The first floor features an open floor plan--a large kitchen, dining area and living room that open up to a patio overlooking the bay. For a more formal experience there is a separate dining room and adjacent bar. A large office is also located on the first floor offering ample space to work.
The house features 5 beds and 4 1/2 baths. 3 king size beds, 1 queen and 2 twin beds. 3 ensuite baths, 1 jack and jill baths and a powder room. The master bedroom and one of the king rooms have balconies overlooking the water with breathtaking views.
Other Details to Note:
Please note that there is a vacant lot next door that is not part of the home, anything to the left of the driveway/paved path belongs to the neighbors. Please be mindful of the neighbors and do not enter this area.
There are security cameras located by the front door and back porch.
