Very active in-season social activities from January - March/April. Responsive and dedicated Host/Property Manager lives on-site in a nearby condo for most of the year. Lush greenery abounds, and guests say that staying at this small, 69-unit friendly and welcoming Coralstone community is truly a unique and memorable experience.

This is a NO PETS and NO SMOKING condo. A rental application to the owner's condo association is required -- minimum of 2 weeks advance notice is preferred. There is a mandatory $100 non-refundable application fee to the owner's condo association (listed as Administrative Fee in the VRBO system) for this transaction for each booking. Property Manager will send the rental application form upon receiving your confirmed booking. Note: This is a very simple and quick form to complete, but it is a condo association requirement for all Guests.
