Positive: The location was perfect, right on the beach with private access for guests. Breakfast was served in a small building near the beach and was very enjoyable. The property is just a short drive to Cefalù, making it quiet but still accessible. We visited during the off-season, but it seems there are a lot of beach activities in the summer. The room was very clean. Our small patio had a table and chairs and the room had wine glasses, which made the patio a great spot to relax in the evenings. The host was very helpful, recommending places to eat and giving reviews on local hikes and landmarks.

Negative: The shower only had a handheld head that would rotate with the water pressure, making it unpredictable and hard to use. The water temperature could also change from freezing to scalding without warning.

Summary: Beautiful beach location with clean rooms, a relaxing patio, and a helpful host for local tips.
