Summary: Had to wait 30 minutes for someone to turn up and let us in. Someone had cooked in the common areas so placed smelled a bit and same person had an argument on his phone later (shouting). Noisy busy street, street parking difficult at time of arrival, AC did not work and slow wifi. Cheap price and rooms have been updated.
