After only a few minutes here, you’ll never want to leave!
The lowest level of this home features two guest rooms and a private plunge pool. The first guest room houses a queen-size bed and its own private living area. Visitors will also have access to a full hall bath. The second guest bedroom on this level features two queen-sized beds, a 50" flat screen TV, and a Pac Man game table perfect for the kids. Enjoy the luxury of secluded relaxation at the edge of your own pool, which overlooks the shimmering Gulf shores. The pool is surrounded by a cozy porch and lounge chairs, making it the perfect spot to sit back, sip a cocktail, and take in the incredible views.
On the second level, guests will find a great room that incorporates the living, kitchen, and dining rooms. A tropically themed guest bedroom with a king-sized bed is also on this level and shares access to a full hall bathroom. In the living room, you will find a tropical-inspired couch and two bucket seats that face a TV. On one side of this comfortable seating ensemble is a set of glass doors that open onto a beachfront balcony that looks out over the emerald waves. An aqua railing and aqua-colored seat cushions embody the home’s moniker, and also provide a unique setting for enjoying the beach environment.
