Sehr stylisches und in Zusammenarbeit zwischen Architekt / Innenarchitekt / Mรถbeldesigner realisiertes 1-Raum-Appartement (Schlafsofa!) mit separatem Duschbad, 31qm Wohnflรคche, separatem, eigenen Eingang und Zugang zur Fasssauna. Alle Mรถbel als individuelle Sonderanfertigung, Kรผchenarbeitsplatte und Essbar Beton/ Holzeinlegearbeiten/ Epoxidharz. Duschbad mit Betonspachteltechnik, wobei aufgrund der sehr eingeschrรคnkten Platzsituation Dusche und WC rรคumlich nicht getrennt werden konnten.
