Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Perfect location, very close to city center. Reasonable price. Very nice host lady. Super easy check-in / check-out. There is air recuperator installed, so you can have fresh air with desired temperature. Big enough shower cabin.

Negative: My apartment was s1 (ground floor). There is no washing machine despite the description. Kitchenware is old, some of it was not clean, the kettle was sticky, I had to clean it up before use (it's minor, but unpleasant). Everything else (floor, bathroom, bed, kitchenette) was clean. Very low ceiling (like 2m). You have to choose between daylight and privacy on ground floor. Despite these minor issues, I would rent it again for reasonable price.
