The light flooded, furnished apartment is located in a quiet, yet central area of Solingen - Ohligs. Well-maintained, newly furnished comfort apartment for 1 - 4 persons on the ground floor of a renovated and modernized three-storey two-family dwelling house.
Living area 49 m², parquet and tiled floor, gas-floor heating, WLAN, large living room with sitting set, sleeping couch, flat screen TV (cable TV). Bedroom with double bed, 180 x 200cm, wardrobe, flat screen TV (cable TV).
Complete fitted kitchen with a bright dining area, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, water cooker, pots, pans, glasses, cups, cutlery, all for 4 persons. Large refrigerator with freezer compartment.
Friendly bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine and hairdryer.
Bed linen and towels are provided, the bedding is changed every 7 days.

Pets are not allowed. Visitors in the apartment only after consultation with the landlord. House parties are forbidden. This apartment does not allow parties or events! Failure to do so will be terminated.

There are shopping facilities (baker, butcher, supermarket, wine merchant, gifts, jewelery, hairdressers etc.) for the daily needs. Saturday is market. There is also a bank with ATM, doctors, pharmacy, opticians in the immediate vicinity.
