Summary: Would not stay here again. No free parking available outside as advertised so forced to pay for covered underground (small spaces, dark and dirty). The reception area smells bad and noises from Irish bar downstairs disturbed our sleep. The breakfast is not offered in the same location so rain or shine you must walk to breakfast location. Overall poor stay and poor value for money.
