Positive: Location, v clean, well equipped (including the very base minimum like coffee filters, dishwasher detergent, salt & pepper - these things are not usually in apart-hotels)

Negative: Not sound proof, significantly noisy in the mornings. The staircase is a meeting point for everyone to talk, the cleaning services are loud.
