This " Carriage House" is a tiny jewel box, space efficient as a boat and comfortable as a modern home. Located in the gated community of Epping Forest, it is minutes away from convenient shopping and a short drive from downtown historic Annapolis. The waterfront community clubhouse, beach and tennis courts are open to guests of property owners.
Newly constructed with "Tiny House" principles in mind, the "Carriage House" is a wonder of compact design, drenched with light from many strategically placed windows and sky lights. A complete kitchen includes microwave, toaster oven, hot water kettle and hot plate as well as pots, pans, plates and glassware. The bath includes all modern fixtures with large shower, make up mirror and hairdryer. A heat pump keeps the space comfortable at any temperature. Cable TV and internet provide all your entertainment and communication needs. A very comfortable pull out couch with individual reading lights is located in the living room. A small deck provides the perfect location for morning coffee and a peaceful view of Saltworks Creek and the Severn River while enjoying the privacy created by surrounding woods.
