Positive: Certain areas of the hotel especially the ballroom and the bar looked premium. The breakfast was relatively good.

Negative: The hotel overlooks a remote area near a slum, with views of a highway not what you would expect from a premium stay. The suite lacked a balcony despite my booking, and a special anniversary request was completely ignored—no gesture, not even flowers. The overall experience felt far from premium; only the name “Anantara” lived up to expectations. The garden was poorly maintained with artificial grass, room plugs didn’t work, the bathroom phone was broken and left hanging, and the food was below average.
