This stunning home is located on one of the best lots in the whole resort. It adjoins a large park area, offering unobstructed views of the lake and clubhouse, just a short walk away.
Outside the screened enclosure offers a private pool with a spillover spa and extended deck. There is high-quality Polywood patio furniture such as a table with seating for 6 and 3 chairs around a fire pit, and also 8 sun loungers for enjoying the Florida sunshine. There is also a huge lanai for shade and a poolside half bath. Unwind at the tiki bar and watch a movie on the 110" projector screen located outside in the lanai. The home is located on a rare lot in a prime location, next to a large landscaped area for greater privacy.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Smeg toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker. Spacious open-planned floor plan. The dining area has seating for 8. The breakfast bar also has 4 bar stools. The living room has a huge 72" fan. By day watch your favorite shows on the wall-mounted 75" LED TV, then in the evenings enjoy movies and sports on the 125" motorized projector screen. There is also a soundbar with a subwoofer.
The garage has been converted into an amazing air-conditioned arcade room. The brightly colored walls of the games room are hand-painted with custom wall art. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
