Summary: it is very difficult to judge the service; you can encounter a very pleasant and efficient waiter and then you can be served by an arrogant and totally inefficient one. No conformity. There is no regular reception service. The restaurant staff are not interested in helping out with any reception issues. The room we got was facing the runway. There was a party which ran until 22:00, but then it took the staff until midnight to clean up. With the door closed it was relatively quiet. The room was very spacious and very comfortable. Modern bathroom and a kitchenette. The bed was super comfy. The breakfast was a joke. For sure, not worth what we were charged. We were told that it was due to an upcoming brunch. It seems that the hotel is run as a side business for many events. Check-out was super complicated.
