Positive: Location and outside grounds were phenomenal. Fireplace was great! Overall space and layout were good.
Negative: The overall home looks like it has been well maintained over the years. However, everything is extremely dated. For the price we paid, I was expecting a lot more TLC and better features. The shower in the upstairs bathroom is very cramped. The shams on the bed in upstairs bedroom were dirty to the point where we weren't comfortable with sleeping in the bed or even using the pillows. So, we slept on t he couch.
