Positive: Everything. The kitchen was well stocked with accessories. The house was clean. Decor was great.
Negative: rental agreement confusion. First after I sent it I called a few days later to make sure it was complete because the websight said they didn't have it. It took awhile for the person in the office to find it. She did in a pile of papers. Went over with her to see if I had completed it correctly. She checked and said it was done. After that my account said it needed to be done. Multiple emails and an hold 1hr multiple times. More emails saying it wasn't done ect ect. Many conversations, text, chat and phone calls 3 that I held for atleast 45min to an hour the day before my vacation. I suggest you Mail it the old fashion way and have us return it.
