Summary: The staff was great. The location is great. The room itself was really nice and spacious. However the air conditioning didn’t work during my stay, which is why I specifically selected this hotel in the midst of a heat wave. The hotel adjusted the cost for me which was really nice and they were amenable to that. The garden/patio area, however, is also not accessible like a regular hotel. You can’t go out after 9pm which isn’t ideal when you want to relax in fresh air and just have outdoor space, etc. I wouldn’t call this a real amenity since it’s closed most of the time. However overall it was a nice hotel with an elevator, luggage storage, bottled water for sale, and close to the old city center. Good, empathetic people working the reception. I’d stay there again — as long as that AC works :)
