Positive: My daughter and I loved everything. The location, the welcome and hospitality from owner Claudio and staff. It is not 4 star accommodation but that's not what we want. It's full of character and soul complete with a beautiful cat Matisse. Bed was big and comfy and shower fantastic. We hope to return and wish we had stayed there as a base instead of moving on and staying in Florence.
