Summary: I was upgraded to a second floor king room because the queen room was on the first floor and didn’t have AC and I didn’t want to sleep with the windows open. The king sized room was large, clean, comfortable and had a nice little balcony with sliding glass doors. The room had bathrobes, an iron and blow dryer, a small fan and the bare necessity of toiletries (shampoo, bar soap and lotion), and a coffee maker and mini fridge. The gas fireplaces were not functional. The parking is excellent underground dedicated parking. The bed was quite comfortable. The location is excellent. Right in downtown Carmel so everything is walkable.
