The full-length porch offers spectacular views of sunrises and sunsets over the bay. Relax on the porch in the afternoon watching the water glisten on the bay. The screen porch offers a place to enjoy a meal with a nice view of the bay.
Master suite has a king bed, smart TV, clock radio with wireless charging station. Suite has a large walk-in closet and a private bathroom. Included are 2 crock pots, an instant pot, electric skillet, blender, toaster, full set of pots and pans, and a countertop microwave. Dual coffee maker offers a choice of making a 12-cup pot or single serve cup. Stainless appliances include dishwasher, refrigerator, and a glass cooktop stove. The dining table is a one-of-a-kind cypress table locally harvested from the Apalachicola River and crafted by a local artisan.
