Easy Accessibility and Privacy
Villa Arnadia is immaculately presented to the highest standards. A beautiful stone wall encloses the private property which is a wonderfully safe and private haven for families.
There is ample parking for three cars; an electric gate secures the property and also keeps children away from the quiet road. There is a small gentle slope as well as a few stairs to the front entrance of the property, allowing easy access for any accessibility requirements, pushchairs or suitcases. There is also a separate pedestrian gate. Access to the property using the electric gate, pedestrian gate and the front door is via a secure key box.

Villa Arnadia is a wonderfully quiet and tranquil space, despite being just a few minutes walk from the bustling town of Acharavi. It is a quiet family retreat providing privacy and seclusion whilst being close to several amenities, bars, Tavernas and beautiful supermarkets and cafes, not to mention being less than 500m from the beach, an easy 8-minute walk.
The property is not overlooked and is quiet in the evening. Being situated off the main road, it has a delightful proximity to enjoy the buzz of Acharavi whilst also being a beautifully secluded perfect family sanctuary.

The garden is beautifully presented with mature olive trees as well as an array of fruit trees (pomegranate, fig, plum, orange & pear to name a few!) all of which are beautifully illuminated during the evening and night. There is an enormous patio terrace and a huge lawned garden (with inbuilt irrigation), all of which are on one level so perfect for children.
Private Heated Pool
The stunning pool is heated throughout the year and has easy accessible steps leading into the shallow end. The pool is a generous 5m x 10m, (and ranges from 85cm to 1.4m in depth), perfect for a family of eight. Pool/beach towels are provided for guests in addition to villa towels.
Four large parasols and eight sun loungers surround the pool to accommodate guests, together with small side table for drinks, books and sun lotion.
Outdoor Entertaining and Dining
An exceptional and unique feature of this delightful property is the outdoor kitchen with beautiful granite top worktops. This wonderful feature includes:

- an undercounter fridge-freezer,

The outdoor kitchen provides an incredible outdoor dining experience. A beautiful rattan cushioned outdoor sofa set with two coffee tables sit under a huge parasol creating a perfect rest place for the mid-afternoon sun. There are two outdoor fans which gently push air around the patio area. There is an additional corner sofa on the beautiful garden terrace too.

A large 55-inch TV with a full entertainment package, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a plush corner sofa invite you to relax in style. Fully Equipped Kitchen
The spacious, modern kitchen is beautifully presented and features everything you would expect in a villa of this standard. There is an enormous stand-alone fridge freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric cooker and hob, dishwasher, ironing board and iron as well as a brand-new washing machine (housed in the Private Guest House). A dining room table which accommodates eight sits next to this perfect kitchen space. In addition, there is a shaded balcony area to the rear of the property off the light kitchen, providing further additional outdoor seating for quiet mornings or afternoon relaxation.
Comfort for your stay
There is air-conditioning and fans in each room in this property, as well as mosquito nets throughout. Elegant voile curtains provide privacy in all rooms with the addition of blackout curtains for those families with smaller children.

Each bedroom in the villa is designed with comfort and privacy in mind. The master suite is a beautiful bedroom which overlooks the pool area through huge French doors. It features a full-length mirror, bespoke fitted wardrobes and a digital safe within.

Two Further En-Suite Bedrooms
Within the main Villa, there are two further twin en-suite bedrooms which can be converted to king-size beds if required. Both are immaculately presented again with air-conditioning, fans, blackout curtains, private ensuite bathrooms, vanity drawers, air-conditioning and mosquito nets.

What makes this property so exceptional is the Private Guest House a short distance across the lawn, providing separate accommodation for two people, perfect if travelling with grandparents or friends. There is a miniature kitchenette within the Guest House providing a mini-fridge, kettle and tea and coffee making facilities.
