Summary: ~10 minute ride to the beach, the location was perfect, on a nice little street too. We stayed during renovations (and it was still very clean) on a road trip so we got a great deal, otherwise it will be interesting to travel back once its done. If you need a place in the Boynton, Delray, Boca, West Palm, etc. area I would recommend this one - host was very accomodating too!
