Completely renovated cottage with whirlpool located in the popular cottage area in Grønninghoved. The kitchen is located in the heart of the kitchen / family room and on one side you will find a cozy sofa / TV area and on the other side you will find the almost separate dining area. Everywhere is bright and the proximity to the outdoors is thought of. The sleeping accommodation is divided into three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and one with single beds. The house is also equipped with a cost-saving heat pump that can also be used to cool the house on hot summer days. From all doors you have direct access to the large terrace areas of a total of approx. 110 m2, of which an area is covered. Everywhere there is lovely garden furniture and so does a lounge set and sun loungers. Among other things, also provided a fire pit, barbecue and a fireplace built in stone. For the little ones you will find a swing set. After an active day by the water, a relaxing trip awaits you in the house's whirlpool, so you can get ready for another wonderful holiday. You will find the beach only approx. 175 meters from the cottage. The beach in Grønninghoved is known for being very child-friendly and here you can also go almost endless walks in the white sand.
