4 Bedroom House with Private Pool, Oceanfront and Guest Services

With a huge open living and dining area, this centrally located waterfront home is full of amenities including an outdoor fire table, two new paddleboards, a heated pool, a new BBQ, and a small dock (14' beam est 37'). Plus, the large backyard has lots of comfortable seating. For boaters, please note there are no fixed bridges, and the property is close to the inlet (come right off the Intracoastal, straight down the wide canal and dock your boat!). Only a 6-minute drive to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife!

Summary: What a great place to stay. Very clean and well stocked with the comforts of home. The house is beautiful and the neighborhood was very quiet, but yet you were so close to any store needed. This was a trip to reward our employess (we own a fence company in Citrus County Florida) for their hard work and dedication. The crew enjoyed a day of off shore fishing and a peaceful evening at the house. The house came with a grill and we were able to grill steaks and fish. We have 3 grandkids that live in Fort Lauderdale and they were able to come over for a few hours and we got to enjoy time with them in the pool. The house was spacious, with 7 adults we never felt crowded. Bath and bed linens were to notch. The house Andres was wonderful to deal with and when asked any question his response time was on point. We will definitely start here again when we can come back. You will not regret booking this home or with this host. Thank you Andres.
