Positive: Location was excellent

Negative: A personal touch on the dinning table or kitchen work top would have been nice, i.e. a 'Welcome' card + some traditional complementary Scottish biscuits or Scottish teas or seasonal fruit bowl. When travelling with children it is even more 'wow' if the owners have included a small chocolate bar or popcorn or something relevant for kids. That is the sort of attention to detail that will be remembered and shared with others. This is common when we have rented properties in Seaham -England and Florence, Verona, Bergamo etc... in Italy. It is such a nice touch.
