Summary: Honestly, this stay would have gotten a much better review had they not kept part of my deposit and at least offered me some sort of a refund on part of my stay. We had to use our hotspots the entire time we were there because none of the televisions worked the entire time due to their internet service. We followed all of their check-out processes and even washed and folded all of the towels except what was used the morning we left and the still kept some of our deposit. Kind of crazy if you ask me when we paid a cleaning fee and they didn’t have to clean anything but the beds and a small load of towels.
